We are experienced and proficient in the execution of both new and refurbishment Design and Build Projects. Our field of experience covers all types of Electrical and Mechanical Works in various fields, particularly Hotels, Restaurants, Clubs, Leisure Centres and we have a particular skill on fast-track turn key Design and Build schemes.
We aim to complete the project on time, on budget and we will always work hard to ensure that we do not fail.
Our experience allows us to develop the Client's requirements, into environmentally sound and workable schemes, economical to operate and within the capital cost budget. This design experience allows us to more readily understand and fulfil the Client's requirements on pre-designed schemes.
Our contract management expertise ensures that installations are undertaken to programme and within budget and equally importantly with a co-operative attitude. We intend to make working with Link as easy as possible. This will be achieved with good communications and understanding, and the correct use of contract management tools: budget costings, cash flow forecasts, detailed programming, progress evaluation and reporting and an imaginative flexible approach to problem solving.
